Parsemania

The parser now picks up the name of the character from a complete log file, or if you’ve been cutting and pasting then you can set the default name of the character in the options dialog.

Pet parsing should be much nicer now. All damage is given to the pet owner and then broken down under the details view. Grab the latest version in the usual place.

Quick release to fix the log parsing for heals. Seems they were changed recently. Parsing seems a little slow at the moment - I’ll have to look into it when I get a chance.

Yes, I am still thinking about Parsemania in the back of my mind. The problem is that it works pretty well so I haven’t really had a lot of incentive to go back and fix things.

Ebbin on Kithicor found a minor bug for me (thanks much) on files larger than about 20M the progress indicator would make things die horribly.  It’s all fixed now, I hope.  I don’t actually have log files big enough to test that one on at the moment.

I actually did some work and released a new update (and even tagged it in subversion).  New features are:

Improved miss/resist tracking when breaking down by discipline or spell.
Drop down for file names, so you can switch between characters easily without having to retype the full path every time.

The latest release depends on a new version of .NET 2.0 - beta 2 instead of beta 1. You can download it directly from here.
I also fixed a nasty crash when it found a heal before a fight (oops).

Updated again to add a new Export option which has the summary and all details for each party involved in the fight all on a single HTML page.

Added exporter for details tabs.
Made default column selection available.
Allow saving of graphs to files, or clipboard via right-click.
Fixed some problems with sizes of the grids.
Added duration to summary grid.
Allow clicking on headers to plot over time for everyone.
Hides exporters when they aren’t applicable.
Explicitly hide some fields that aren’t useful at all to an end user.
